George James Earl of Cholmondeley to John Clutton of Malpas, yeoman --- a messuage with closes called the unlocks croft, Pear Tree Croft, Big Park and 2 lower parks, late in the holding of Sarah Griffiths and now of the said John Clutton, at an annual rent of £22. Seal: Red, monogram 'J.S.' Parchment.
