Richard Earl Rivers to Hugh Speed of Fradsham [Frodsham], gentleman --- a messuage or tenement with appurtenances in FRADSHAM now/late known as Dales Farm, Messuage or Tenement late in the holding of Samuel Walley deceased, with 1 parcel of Marsh land cntng. about 3 acres at the E. end of the pasture called Great Synipoole and igned to the sd. Farm in lieu of 6 cowgates in the Great Synipoole, and 2 other cowgates in Great Synipoole late held and enjoyed by Samuell Walley deceased, with common of pasture and turbary in all the commons and wastes lying open and not enclosed in Fradsham (except the land called the Warren), reserving to the sd. Earl liberty to cast up slime and slutch out of the great mill pool in Fradsham for cleaning thereof, with the hempyard next adjoining parcel of the premises; for lives of sd. Hugh Speed, Sarah his wife, daughter of Samuel Walley late of Fradsham, deed., at annual rent of 18/-, 1 rent capon or 12d., and heriot of the best beast or good or £4.
