DescriptionLEASE (counterpart) for 2 lives in reversion by Rt. Hon. James Earl of Barrymore to William Antrobus of Tarbock (Co. Lanc.), gentleman. --- a close or parcel of ground in FRODSHAM commonly cd. the Lower Ladyes Pasture cntng. 4½ acres (Cheshire measure) now/late in the possession of the sd. William Antrobus, being a moiety of the close demised to John Antrobus of Miccledale, par. Frodsham (no. DCH/F/285) cd. the Lady's pastures or Nine Acres, which has since been divided into 2 closes; to hold after the death of the sd. William Antrobus, the only surviving life in the abovementioned lease, for lives of John Antrobus and James Antrobus, sons of the lessee, at annual rent of 5/6 and heriot of £1-10-0. Cons. £34-5-0.
