Description	LEASE (counterpart) for 3 lives by Rt. Hon. James Cholmondeley of Rocksavage [Rock Savage] Esq. to John Drakefoot of Frodsham, barber --- a corner or shop on the N. corner of the Court House in FRODSHAM, heretofore in possession of one Isaac Hough, after of Abraham Hough, and now of the lessee; for lives of William Banner, son of John Banner, late of Frodsham deceased, John Drakefoot son of the lessee, and Elizabeth Drakefoot grandaughter of the lessee, at annual rent of 2/- and heriot of best beast or good or 10/-. Cons. Surrender of former lease to sd. John Drakefoot, and £2. Seal: Red, a swan gorged with a coronet. Parchment.
