John Savage agrees to assure to the 2nd party --- the capital house place and demesne lands cd. BRADLEY and the lands, and hereditaments cd. the demesnes of BRADLEY, with all the messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments of the sd. Sir John in Co. Chester now/late in the tenure of Raufe Grygge, all lands, tenements and hereditamants of the sd. Sir John in CHEADLE HOLME [Cheadle Hulme], messuages, lands, ten's and heredits. in AGDEN, ADDESWOODE [Adswood], HALE, SPARROWEGREYVE, SHIBROKE [Shipbrook], SHIRLACHE [Shurlach], RURLESTON [Worleston] and WESTTENHALL [Wettenhall?], the Manors of SHIBBROKE [Shipbrook], BOSTOCKE [Bostock], BARROWE MAGNA [Barrow Magna], TARVYN [Tarvin] and BARROWE PARVA [Barrow Parva] with appurts. there and in SHIRLACH (except lands, tens, and heredits. purchased by sd. Sir John from one John Lyghtefote), 3 messuages in MYNSHULL [Minshull] and MYNSHULL VERNON [Minshull Vernon] and annual rents from STANTHORNE, WARTON [Wharton], SHURLACH, MOLTON, BOSTOCK, AWGER, for the jointure of the sd. Dame Elyanor, in all of the annual value of £200; and the sd. Sir John agrees within 7 years (if the sd. Lady Elyanor shall so long live or have issue male) that he will assure to himself and the sd. Lady Elyanor and their heirs male, remainder to the heirs male of the sd. Sir John, remainder to his right heirs, lands, tons. and heredits. of the annual value of £100; and in case the sd. Dame Elyanor survives and has no heir male, the sd. Sir John agrees that his heirs, executors and assigns shall pay the sd. Dame Elyanor within 1 year the sum of £1,200, or if she shall have heirs the sum of £3,000, towards the purchase of lands and tens. of the annual value of £100, and that his sd. heirs, executors and assign shall pay the sd. Dame Elyanor if living at his decease a further sum of £1,000; and if it happen that the sd. Dame Elyanor shall die first, and that she appoint or limit the payment of £500 to any person/s the sd. Sir John shall pay the same within 5 years, and such person as she shall appoint shall enjoy the Manors of BEAWREP (AIR), BULLESDENS and STEVINGTON (Co.
