[1] Margery, formerly wife of William of Moston, in her pure widowhood and legal power [2] has given, granted and confirmed to Roger of Holford and Margery, his wife, all her land [3] with its buildings and all other appurtenances which she has at any time held, or in any way could have held in le Stobbis [Stublach]. To be had and held [4] of the chief lord of the fee to the said Roger and Margery, and the heirs and assigns of the said Roger, freely, quietly, lawfully and hereditarily forever, [5] with all common liberties and easements wherever they pertain to the said land and vill of 'le Stobbis [Stublach]. Rendering thereby annually [6] to the said chief lord of the free, from the said Roger and Margery, and the heirs and assigns of the said Roger, services thereby owed and customary for all secular services, [7] taxes and demands.
