[1] Andrew Seymon de Burton-upon-Trent in the county of Stafford, painter, and Alice, [2] his wife have given, granted and confirmed to Thomas Bredon a certain messuage [3] with its appurtenances situated and lying in Plumley within the county of Chester, which was of Alexander Littilovr, [4] uncle of {1?} the said Alice, which descended to her {him?} by hereditary right after the death of the said Alexander. To be had [5] and held to the said Thomas, his heirs and assigns in perpetuity, of the chief [6] lords of that fee by services thereby owed and customary of law.
