[1] Cecily, daughter of Henry, son of Roger, son of Walter de Acton, formerly the wife of Thomas del Kyrkehousus in her pure widowhood
[2] has remised, relaxed and entirely for herself and her heirs in perpetuity quitclaimed to John de Holford, his heirs and assigns, all her right and claim which she holds, has held
[3] or in any way has power to hold on one messuage and thirty acres of land with appurtenances in the vill of Plumlegh [Plumley], so that neither she, the said Cecily, nor her heirs, nor anyone
[4] else in her name will henceforth be able to demand or claim any right or claim on the said messuage and thirty acres of land with appurtenances, but will be excluded from all right
[5] in perpetuity, which messuage lies next to the messuage of William de Alcumlowe on its eastern side and twenty seven acres of land of the said thirty
[6] acres of land lying in one field which is called 'le WetWode', and three acres of the said thirty acres of land lying in another field which is called 'le Efeld' in the said vill
[7] of Plumlegh [Plumley].
