[2] lands and tenements etc which Adam lately had by the gift of John de Creswalscha' in the vill of Plumlegh [Plumley], to hold
[3] to the said William, his heirs and assigns with all common profits and easements, pertaining to the said lands and tenements as
[4] the original charter more fully states, of the chief lords of that fee by customary services
