[1] Geoffrey Litulovere, son and heir of William Litulovere to the lord John Tyrpyn [2] chaplain and vicar of the parish church of Browerton [Brereton?], Thomas Kyncy, lord Robert Broke, chaplain, and lord Edmund Drury, chaplain and vicar of the parish church [3] of Merston [Marston] next to Tuttebur' [Tutbury], all his lands and tenements, namely with all their appurtenances to wit in Plumlegh [Plumley] and Holleford [Holford] in 'le contur palys' [county Palatine] [4] in the county of Chester, which formerly were of William Litulovere, his father, and the said William died in seisin of all the [5] said lands and tenements. To be had and held to the same Lord John, Thomas, Lord Robert, Lord Edmund, their heirs and assigns, freely, quietly, well, [6] and in peace forever, of the chief lords of that fee by due and customary services.
