Exchange between Robert Viscount Cholmondeley and John Sparrowe of Aldelem [Audlem], gentleman, whereby Cholmondeley granted to Sparrowe a messuage or tenement in Audlem wherein William Wardley was living and a cottage in Audlem wherein Thomas Wardley was living; and Sparrowe granted to Cholmondeley a capital messuage in Bickley wherein Randall Weaver , husbandman, lately lived, and an annuity of £17 charged on estates in Audlem and Wirswall formerly of Edward Bressy his father in law; with related covenant to levy a fine
