[1] Party 1 John Tochet, knight, lord of Audeley [Audley], Richard de Aston of Aston, knight, John Danyell of Deresbury [Daresbury] have granted to [2-4] Party 2 Anne, wife of Thomas Molyneux, daughter and coheir of Thomas Dutton, knight, now deceased, Elizabeth, wife of Ralph Bostok of Bostok [Bostock], sister of the said Anne, Margaret, wife of Thomas de Aston of Aston, sister of the said Elizabeth, and Isabella, wife of Christopher Southworthe [Southworth], sister of the said Margaret, Alianor [Eleanor], wife of Richard Cholmondeley junior, sister of the said Isabella, and Sibilla Dutton, sister of the said Alianor. [4-8] all their lands, tenements, rents and services which they held together with lord James Tochet, knight ,lately lord of Audeley [Audley, and John Tochet lately parson of Middlewich, now deceased, by the gift of the said Thomas Dutton, knight, in the vills of Dutton, Legh, Acton, Milneton [Milton] Budworth in le Frythe [Little Budworth], Northwiche [Northwich], Frodesham [Frodsham] and Bradley together with the reversion of all the messuages, lands, tenements, closes, fisheries, rents and services which Anna, formerly wife of Thomas Dutton held at the end of her life in the vills of Dutton, Legh [9-15] Budworth in le Frythe [Little Budworth], Milneton [Milton], Frodesham [Frodsham] and Bradley, to have and to hold the aforesaid lands etc and the reversion when it should take place, to the said Anna wife of Thomas Molyneux, Elizabeth, Margaret, Isabella, Alianor and Sibilla and the heirs of their bodies lawfully procreated, with reversion to the right heirs of the said Thomas Dutton, for customary dues and services to the chief lords.
