DescriptionAt Halmote of Manor of Halton, by Thomas Fletcher, senior, to his son Thomas Fletcher, jun., bot of Halton, yeoman, ---- a messuage or burgage and tenement with the appurtenances in HALTON called Hall's House or Laughlin's Tenement with the stable and garden thereto belonging, heretofore the customary inheritance of John Hall, deceased, afterwards of his son John Hall of Liverpool, peruke-maker, afterwards of Thomas Laughlin and now of the said Thomas Fletcher, senior, and also a mossroom on Halton Moss usually held with the said messuage, with all buildings, gardens, lands etc., and appurtenances thereto belonging, at rent of 6d p.a. to the Lord of the Manor.
