Description	By John Massey of Acton Grange, labourer, upwards of 80 years of age, and by Samuel Jolley of Walton Lodge, Walton Superior, gentleman, in the 67th year of his age, concerning the ownership by said J. Massey to a triangular piece of ground, enclosed from the Waste lands of ACTON GRANGE fronting the Chester Turnpike Road, conveyed that day to John Clare. Paper.
