Brooke, Bt., for "the amount of the Tithe Rent Charge due from them to the Dean & Chapter of Christ Church, Oxford, on 1st. October 1888 and also the amount of the reserved Rent due---- in respect of the Lease of the RUNCORN Parish Tithes lately held by said Sir R. Brooke from said Dean & Chapter." Paper.
