DescriptionBy Sir Richard Brooke of Norton Priory, Bt., (e. s. & h. and also an Exor. of Sir Richard Brooke of Norton Priory, Bt., deceased), and Thomas Griffith of Rhual, Co. Flint, esq., to Thomas Mostyn Edwards of Kilken Hall, Co. Flint, esq., ------- Messuage and tenement with the appurtenances in GWESPIR in par. of LLANHASA, Co. Flint, and also a Cottage with appurtenances in GWESPIR, and also a quillet or parcel of land late of Sir George Mostyn, Bt., in GWESPIR called Gaslas y pwll bydir, and that piece of ground late of the said Sir G. Mostyn in the garden of the said messuage and tenement, and also 2 small parcels of land in GWESPIR in a field called Y Cowlas Cyd, and also 2 quillets or parcels of land in GWESPIR Townfield called Grw tan y bryn and Y Vathwen, all which said premises were heretofore in the holding of Samuel Mellor and now or late in that of Elizabeth Parry, and also a messuage or cottage with appurtenances in GWESPIR heretofore in tenure of Jane Williams and Elizabeth Baldwyn, but now or late in that of said Elizabeth Parry, and a parcel of land in GWESPIR to the last said messuage belonging lying between the highway and a field called Macsgwespir now or late in tenure of said Elizabeth Parry, together with all houses, buildings, barns, gardens, yards, orchards, lands, mines, woods, hereditaments, etc., and appurtenances to the said messuages, cottages, lands, tenements, hereditaments and premises above mentioned belonging. ASSIGNMENT by Mary Hunt, relict and executrix of Thomas Hunt of Great Mellington, esq., deceased, by the request and appointment of said Sir R. Brooke and with the consent and approbation of said Thomas Griffith and by the appointment of said Thomas Mostyn Edwards, to Edward Lloyd of Pontriffith, Co. Flint, esq., in consideration of 5/-, ----- the residue of terms of 500 and 1000 years in the said premises. The Consideration for the lease and Release above in £315. Signed only by Thomas Griffith.
