Description	By Chas. Santer, New Inn, to Mr. Thomas Claughton, Warrington, enclosing a Receipt [DBN/D/13/30] for £2100 paid in his presence by Mr. Entwistle. He has delivered the Deeds and Order to the Tenant of the Mortgaged Estate to pay rent to Mr. Entwistle. He discusses the cases of Mr. Crosfield, Mr. Dumbell and Messrs. Machlin and Wilson. Paper.
