Description	By Thomas Fletcher, Halton, to his brother Mr. John F., printer, Chester, saying he has heard that J.F. will comply with his request if things are satisfactorily arranged. Hopes that J.F. will attend the Court at Halton on 27th inst. Says that William Whittle of Halton, corn dealer, has stopped payment of Bills for about £1500, and "No one wears a long face".
