Description	Ssaying that the letter accompanying theirs of the 20th much surprises him after the statements made to him when he visited Sir Richard. Before giving an opinion he wishes to visit Sir Richard's Estate and the neighbourhood of the works. This he will do on Wednesday, and will write again on Thursday. Paper.
