Potts & Roberts of the 31st July, Mr. Linaker's Note of the 11th April 1871, "and the accompanying statement". He states he thinks that a bill will lie against Messrs. Mathieson for an Injunction to restrain them from continuing the nuisance and for damages. The petitioners should be Sir Richard Brooke and his eldest son.
