TitleFURTHER OPINION
Date1871
DescriptionBy William 2. Joliffe, Lincoln's Inn Chambers, after reading Mr. Calvert's letter to Messrs. Potts & Roberts of the 31st July, Mr. Linaker's Note of the 11th April 1871, "and the accompanying statement". He states he thinks that a bill will lie against Messrs. Mathieson for an Injunction to restrain them from continuing the nuisance and for damages. The petitioners should be Sir Richard Brooke and his eldest son. This should be undertaken at once, as delay will seriously effect Sir Richard's rights. Paper.
