| Description | That Mr. Clement Baguley (Astmoor) says that Joseph Davis of Runcorn formerly worked for him but now works at Lyons Works, and about 3 months ago worked at Steele & Co's Works. Davis said that it was impossible to live in the Works while the dampers are put in to stop the gas going up the chimneys.
