Jul. 1800 ---- a parcel of land with appurtenances in HALTON formerly called Gardiners Brook Meys and since called William Tarbucks Brook Heys (¥a. of customary measure), formerly the inheritance of William Tarbuck, afterwards of Henry Sanderson, since of his son Henry Sanderson, afterwards of Peter Webster, and by the latter sold to John Jackson, deceased, afterwards of his son Thomas Jackson, deceased, and late of John Jackson's daughters Mary and Elizabeth Jackson, and now of said King Nixon, of the rent to the Lord of the Manor of 9¢d. p.a.
