Description	Manor of OVER LYPIATT and its capital messuage and all lands etc in parishes of BISLEY and STROUD (Glos.), the Manor of Pitchcombe (Glos), the Manor of WHEELOCK except the Salt Works with its Manor House and tenements in ALCUMLOW in Astbury and 1 tenement in CHURCH LAWTON (Ches.) part whereof is in Staffs., the Manor of HASSALL with its members & appurtenances in Cheshire & Staffs., and all his lands in WHEELOCK, HASSALL, HASLINGTON, & SANDBACH. Recites a Lease and Release of 6 & 7 July 1696.
