Description	COLLATERAL SECURITY between (1) Thomas Lovatt yeoman of Eardley End, Awdley, Staffs., and (2) Randall Rode Esq of Rode and his s. & h. Thomas Rode gentleman whereby Randall R. and Thomas R. may have and enjoy the Dayrie House and the lands mentioned in the Indenture of 19. Sep. 1651 (except 2 parcels of land called Great and Little Snellacres sold to Thomas Lovatt on 12 Jan,) until Thomas Lovatt shall be disturbed in the 4 lands sold to him in which case the Dayrie House and the lands shall be delivered up to him.Seal, an anchor.
