Mar. 1821 John Wyatt Dobbs assigned the residue of the term of 200 years to William Lowndes of Ramsdell in trust for John Lowndes as purchaser from Henry Dobbs and to attend the inheritance as concerning all and singular the messuage lands etc comprised in that Indenture of Assignment except Stone Chair Field, Wood Meadow and Wood Field (15a 1r 36p in all) not purchased by John Lowndes.
