B. and his wife Bridget nee Bridget Harris -- capital messuage or dwelling house Barton Farm and tenement in or called SUTTON in par. of SOUTH MILTON, Devon, and four orchards called Beard Garden Culver Garden Tabbs Garden and New Garden AND ALSO fields or closes called The Downe (6a.), The Wheeler Park (6a), The Emmett (6a), The New Park (1½a), The Hogsland (2½a), The Greenway (2a), Pims Close (1a), The Harns Park (3½a), TheShirmore Park (5a), The Ryder Park (5½a), The Nappsbrake (5½a), The Two Shirmore Meadows (5½a), The Shipen Meadow (½a), The Hauthay (5a), The Two Brimlands (each 3½a), The Newhay (2a), The Bottomhay (heretofore called Bottom Hay and Rabbs Closes -2) (3a), The Fearn Park (2a), The Hillhay (½a), The Gullhay (1a), AND ALSO those Inletts and small parcels of land called the Courtlages, the Mowhay, the Stable Garden, The Green, The Two Nurseries, The Ashhay and the Herb Garden, all in SOUTH MILTON and reputed to be part or enjoyed with the said Sutton heretofor in the possession of John Hingston senior and also two fields called the Elwills (7½a) sometime heretofore 6 closes called The Four Elwills Elwill Meadow and Collipark, situated in SUTTON sometime in the possession of Thomas Cornish senior deceased AND ALSO 1 cottage or tenement called Tabbs Tenement situated in SOUTH MILTON heretofore in the possession of Nicholas Tabbs taylor Thomas Tabbs his son and James Wills alias Attwills or one of them AND ALSO 1 plot of land called Humphreyshay (60 perches) in SOUTH MILTON adjoining to the said cottage, all of which properties were heretofore in the possession of John Prynne deceased and now or late in possession of Rev.
