Description	AFFIDAVIT by John Mayers of Tarvin blacksmith concerning property in TARVIN and its successive ownership by John Dutton of Tarvin joiner who died c. Feb. 1826, Thomas Dutton his next eldest brother of Tarvin carpenter who died Apr. 1836, and Charles Dutton his nephew carpenter & joiner now residing at Tarvin, and referring to No. DBW/H/B/5a above.[These two documents are attached by sealing wax].
