DescriptionPerfect knowledge of French and early relish of mathmatics. First school to be small and near London, later to go to Eton, Westminster, Winchester or Harrow. If son has no ability to pursue letters he is to be taken from school and trained to become a merchant, banker, etc., otherwise he is to proceed to St. John's Coll., Cambridge to go in for law in preference to physics or the Church. Initialled 'G B'.
