Description	To the effect that by an Indenture of Mortgage of 20 Nov. 1851, John Simeon of Swainston, I.of Wight, has assigned all mortgages, debts and sums of stock entitled to him for life by the above Marriage Settlement to Thomas Heath, John Stewart and Edward Septimus Codd, for securing ú6,000 and interest.
