| Description | LEASE for 30 years by William le Remour to the lord David del Malpas, chaplain, of a messuage in the township of MALPAS (boundaries) and 4 selions of land in the field called le prestusfeld; to the said David, and Margaret daughter of Isabella relict of Robert Blethyn, at an annual rent of 6/8 and 12d. in the name of a mortuary; and the said David and Margaret shall build at their own cost a convenient dwelling house and kiln and another house within the said term, if possible.
