DescriptionGRANT in fee by William de Huldichis, chaplain, to John his son and his heirs, of a burgage in MALO PASSU [Malpas] between the burgages of William son of Hova de Hamton and Henry son of Roger the chaplain, at an annual rent of a pair of white gloves on the feast of St. Oswald, to the lord of the fee; remainder to William brother of the said John and his heirs, remainder to Alice their sister and her heirs. Witnesses: David de Stocton, Hugh de Bikirton, William de Wigelond, Kenewreck son of Richard, John Rathebon, Richard Pekoo de Malo passu and Hugh the clerk. Given at Malo passu, the Tuesday next after the feast of St. Hilary the Bishop, 1305. Seal: Brown, fragmentary, a flower. Parchment.
