Description	LEASE for 3 lives by Richard Brereton of Malpas, esq., to William Bleathen of the same, husbandman. --- a messuage in MALPAS wherein the said William Bleathen now dwells, with messuages, lands etc: occupied by Randle Blethen, Thomas Jeffrey and William Johnson at Crosse Hill in the said parish by virtue of leases and assignments thereof made by Robert Blethen father of the said William; for lives of the said William, Alice his daughter and Thomas Jenings alias Golborne son of John Jenings alias Colborne of Malpas, at an annual rent of 24/-.
