Salop) Kt., Thomas Dod D.D., Archdeacon of Richmond, Richard Egerton of Ridley, Edward Dod of Edge, Thomas Bromley of Hampton esq.s, Thomas Bridg, rector of the parish church of Malpas, Edward Tannatt of Broxton, John Stockton of Kiddington [Cuddington], gentleman. William Robinson of Groersillt (Co. Denbigh) esq., is a party to the deed. --- 2 messuages, 1 toft and appurtenances in NEWTON, heretofore purchased of George Puleston of Llay (Co. Denbigh) esq.; to the use of the said Sir Thomas Brereton and Dame Ellenor for life, remainder to the use of the said William Robinson his heirs and assigns, in trust that the said Sir Thomas and Dame Ellenor shall every Sunday pay from the issues and profits of the said premises to 12 poor people, 2 pence and a loaf of wheat bread of the value of one penny, 5 persons to be chosen from the almsfolk now/hereafter in the Almshouse in MALPAS and the remaining 7 to be chosen from the parish of Malpas; and after the decease of the said Sir Thomas and Dame Ellenor, in trust that the said William Robinson shall pay to 5 persons of the said Almshouse 8d. apiece towards their better maintenance, and to 12 other poor people born in the town or maintenance, and to 12 other poor people born in the town or parish of MALPAS 2d. apiece and 1 wheat loaf of the value of 1d. Paper.
