Description	WILL of Elizabeth Steel of Newton next Tattenhall, spinster; she devises her messuage at CROXEN GREEN, in the parish of MALPAS, now in the holding of William Steel of Cholmondeley, to John Tomlinson of Cholmondeley, James Rawland of Peckforton and Peter Dutton of Tattenhall, her executors, in trust - a half for the use of Mary Cunningham, her sister, and the other half for the use of the son and daughter of her said sister. Seal: Red, armorial. Paper.
