Witnesses: William de Hampton, Richard de Kaurdyn, Kenric the Clerk, Robert de Codintone and Robert de Rudd(ley). Given at Schokelache, the Wednesday on the morrow of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 13 Edward II. Seal missing from tag. Parchment.
