Witnesses: Richard de Foulishurst then sheriff of Cheshire, David de Eggerton, William de Malopassu, John de Larketon and John Bathobun. Given at Malopassu, the Sunday next before the feast of St. Dunstan the Bishop, 14 Edward II. Parchment.
