| Description | AGREEMENT between Hova del Grene del Malpas and Hova his son; recites that whereas the said Hova del Grene lately granted to the said Hova his son and his heirs all his lands and tenements in LE MALPAS [Malpas] , at an annual rent of 40/-, and whereas the said Hova the son afterwards leased the said tenement to his father for life, now it is agreed that if the said Hova the father shall have and possess the said tenements without hindrance by his son, he shall cease to claim the said annual rent of 40/-.
