Witnesses: David de Eggerton, William de Cholmundelegh, David de Wovere, Kenric de Cholmundelegh and William de Larketon. Given at Malpas, the Monday next after the feast of St. Luke the Evangelist, 1345. Seal missing from tag. Parchment.
