Description	GRANT in fee by Patric son of Thomas Lax de Malopassu to Kenric Pekoc, of a burgage in Depinbeche in the township of MALPAS which the said Kenric formerly held of him on lease. Witnesses: Philip de Eggerton, William de Malpas, William de Stocton, John Rathebon and John de Wiggelond. Given at Malopassu, the Friday next before the feast of St. Martin in winter, 1346. Seal and seal tag missing. Parchment.
