| Description | PROPOSALS for settling the disputes between the Rt. Hon. George Viscount Malpas and Mrs. Isabella Drake, widow, and Marmaduke Allington esq., trustee of the estate of William Drake esq.; the said Mrs. Drake is to receive 7/8 of the tolls of MALPAS FAIR and to enjoy the right of proclaiming the same, appointing officers at the Court Leet, and the royalties, cottage rents, waifs etc: of AGDEN, BRADLEY, CALDECOTT, CARDEN, CASTLETOWN, DUCKINGTON, NEWTON, STOCKTON, STRETTON and SHOCKLACH; Lord Malpas is to receive 1/8 of the rents on the erection of a new cottage on the waste lands in EDGE and TILSTONE, cottage rents previously received by him in MALPAS, EDGE and TILSTON, a quarter of the rents reserved on the erection of a new cottage in MALPAS, and the royalty, cottage rents, waifs etc: of BARTON, though the tenants are to owe suit of court to Mrs. Drake.
