DescriptionGrant in fee by William Glaskymow to Kenric Pecok and Elisabeth his wife, of all the messuages, lands and tenements in MALPAS which Richard Pecok purchased of Sir John de Sutton, Kt. grandfather of the lord John de Sutton now Lord of the castle of Shokelache [Shocklach], with the messuages, lands and tenements in MALPAS which the said Kenric purchased of Sir John de Sutton father of the said lord John de Sutton, all of which the said William formerly had by gift and feoffment of the said Kenric; to the said Kenric and Elisabeth for life, remainder to David son of William Hovaessone de Bikelegh and Margaret daughter of the said Kenric his wife and their heirs, remainder to the right heirs of the said Kenric. Witnesses: Richard de Wytelegh, sheriff of Cheshire, David de Eggerton, David de Cal(vi)legh, Kenric de Cholmundelegh and John Browe. Given at Malpas, 17. Mar., 1365. Seal: Green, a hare and legend.
