Description	GRANT in fee by John son of John Rathebon to William de Sonford, rector of the church of Wylieu, and John de Elismere, chaplain, of all his messuages, lands, tenements etc: in the township of MALPAS, WIGELOND [Wigland] and EGGE [Edge]. Witnesses: Urian de Eggerton, William de Buwylegh of Oteworth, David son of David de Malpas, John de Golburn and Nicholas Fare. Given at Malopassu [Malpas], the Tuesday in the feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, 1378. Seal: Brown, armorial, a fesse between 3 pheons. Parchment.
