Hugh Lord Cholmondeley --- after acknowledging that his name was used in the previous conveyance by nomination of, and in trust for, the said Lord Cholmondeley, the said Richard releases to him the premises as above (no. DCH/C/935). Seal: Red, armorial, 3 liens passant guardant, crest, a greyhound. Parchment.
