George Lord Viscount Malpas and Alexander Bennett of London, merchant, reciting Indentures of demise and re-demise (23rd and 24th December 1730) of premises in BUCKLEY [Bulkeley], WOOLSTON WOOD [Woolstanwood], SHOCKLACK [Shocklach] and ROWTON, to secure to the said Alexander Bennett an annuity of £150. Cons. £1,000. Seal: Red, armorial of Cholmondeley. Parchment.
