Robert Viscount Cholmondeley of Cholmondeley to Phillip Nevell of London, stationer --- a cottage in BICKERTON now in the holding of Elizabeth Nevell, widow, mother of the said Phillip; for lives of Jone, wife of the said Phillip, Phillip his son, and Ellen Nevell his sister, at an annual rent of 2/8, 2 rent hens at Shrovetide.
