Hugh Lord Viscount Cholmondeley to Francis Johnson of Namptwiche [Nantwich], beer-brewer --- parcels of land in BADINGTON [Baddington] and EDLASTON [Edleston] called the Croft way field, Barne field, Newpord Meadow, Rutters field and meadow adjoining, Waukerley field, Long Rang and Hill field, now in the holding of John Hasali the elder, and Anne Hassall, wife of John Hassall the younger, deceased, with the dwelling house and outbuildings lately erected on the said premises; for lives of Francis Johnson, younger son of the lessee, Anne Hassall, wife of John Hassall the younger, deceased, and John Hassall, their son, at an annual rent of £42 and a heriot of £4.
