Description | ASSIGNMENT by Richard Maisterson of Wichemalbanke [Nantwich] esq. to Lawrence Maysterson of the same, gentleman, and John Wodenote the younger of Shavinton [Shavington], gentleman --- a bache or wood called Malaridding in the lordship of SOUND, a parcel of around and wood in EDLASTON [Eddleston] called Edlaston Haye and the trees growing on the said parcel of land, leased to the said Richard Maisterson and others by Sir Thomas Fulleshurst of Crue [Crewe] Kt. (leases of 30th Sept. 1547, 18th Dec. 1537 and 20th Jan. 1549/50), in trust to suffer the said Richard for life, and after his decease Elizabeth his now wife, and after her decease Thomas Meysterson, son of Thomas Maysterson deceased, son of Richard Maisterson, and his heirs, and in default of issue Edward Gibson, son of Sir John Gibson of Welburne (Co.
