| Description | AGREEMENT between Thomas, the son of William of Bulkyley, esq., William Rydalhurste, priste, Robert of Cholmondley of Chorley, and Hugh Cholmondley, son of the said Robert, upon the one part, and Richard of Cholmondley, esq., upon the other part, to the effect that livery of seisin of the MANOR of CHORLEY and lands as set out in their Grant of even date to John of Cholmondley [See No. DCH/A/509 below], refers only to the site of the said Manor and in the said lands and tenements belonging to the said Manor, to wit, in the parcels specified and to no other parcels of the said Manor. Given at Chorley on Thursday afore the feast of Nativity of Our Lady, 35 H. VI. Seals: Red, (1) a bull's head between letters 'T & B', (2) letter 'W'; (3) letter 'R'; (4) geometric design.
