Witnesses: Richard de Bostok, Thomas de Venables, Thomas Torfot, Peter Rotour, William de Netherton, Robert Torfot. Given at Frodessham in the feast of St. Martin, 21 Richard II. Seal: Red, fragmentary. Parchment.
