Description	INJUNCTION (contemporary copy) from Q. Elizabeth to Thomas Holcroft Esq., to permit Sir Thomas Savage and his assigns to collect and receive the tithes belonging to the rectory of FRODSHAM according to the tenor of a certain decree in the Exchequer of Chester of 7. August last in a case between the said Sir Thomas Savage, plaintiff, and the said Thomas Holcroft, defendant, until it is otherwise ordained by the said Exchequer. Paper.
